FGvW advises joint venture of SiebersPartner, VarioPark and Lea 5 on sale of high-tech company headquarters to IMAXXAM

The joint venture Im Gründchen in Steinbach/Taunus GmbH around SiebersPartner GmbH & Co. KG has sold the corporate headquarters of the high-tech company tec5 AG, which was completed in 2020, to IMAXXAM Asset & Portfolio Management GmbH. The property, which has 5,200 square metres of lettable space, will become part of Union Investment Privatfonds GmbH's "German Small Asset Invest" special AIF managed by IMAXXAM.

In September 2018, the joint venture had acquired an approximately 6,500 square metres property in the new Steinbach business park "Im Gründchen" in order to build a new state-of-the-art corporate campus for tec5, a leading manufacturer of spectrometer systems and components for process analytics.

The building, which was completed in 2020, has office, storage and service space of around 5,200 square metres and is characterised by its modern architecture, which is tailored to the requirements of a high-tech company, as well as a DGNB gold certification. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
