FGvW Strengthens Corporate Practice and Notary's Office in Frankfurt with Annette Bödeker

With Annette Bödeker, we are gaining a proven corporate/M&A expert and notary as a new partner. This also strengthens our notary's office in Frankfurt, which was newly established in April 2020 with the transfer of Christoph Börskens.

Annette Bödeker will move from Arnold & Porter on March 1, 2021, where she was a partner at the firm's sole German office and responsible for the firm's corporate/M&A business. She started her career at Hengeler Mueller, then moved to Linklaters, where she was a partner in the corporate department for several years. Annette Bödeker also has many years of experience at U.S. law firms, having first joined Orrick in 2009 and Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer in 2012. In addition to providing corporate law advice to large, international companies and banks, her practice focuses on serving Mittelstand companies. As a partner at Arnold & Porter, Annette Bödeker also advised on transactions from the Arnold & Porter network, where she regularly worked closely with colleagues from London and the US.
