FGvW Among Top 50 Commercial Law Firms in Germany

Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner ("FGvW") is among the top 50 commercial law firms in Germany - this is the conclusion reached in the 2014/2015 edition of the JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms that was just released and is based on extensive research conducted amongst businesses and colleagues. This means that FGvW is one of the top 50 of a total of 825 law firms that are mentioned in the new edition of the JUVE Handbook.

Our firm is specifically mentioned in the JUVE Handbook for the practice areas product liability and insurance law, corporate / M&A, trademark and competition law, and distribution law. We are furthermore being recommended for employment law, private construction law, tax law, trade law, and administrative and public procurement law. Our firm is even part of the German top 10 in the practice area product liability and insurance law. According to JUVE, our Cologne partners Tobias Lenz and Björn Fiedler belong to the "premier league of D&O specialists". JUVE also praises FGvW's competence in the field of insurance law; we belong to the "most competent entities on the German market".
