FGvW advises insurtech provider Rocket Enterprise Solutions on sale to Verisk

FGvW has advised the managing partners of the Berlin-based insurtech company Rocket Enterprise Solutions GmbH on the sale of all shares to US-based Verisk Analytics, Inc.

Rocket Enterprise Solutions specializes in the digitalization of claims and underwriting business processes in the insurance industry. In a very short space of time, Rocket has become the market leader for software solutions for claims assessment, documentation and calculation in Germany and Austria. Many of Germany's largest insurance companies and service providers rely on Rocket's platform to process their claims business. Rocket's products streamline claims and underwriting processes to increase efficiency and profitability for insurers.

Verisk is a publicly traded, US-based global leader in strategic data analytics and technology for the insurance industry. The transaction expands Verisk's presence in Germany in the area of property claims solutions.
