Our specialists in European law have had contact with the decision-makers in the European Commission, the European Parliament as well as other institutions on a European level over many years. Prof. Dr. Friedrich Graf von Westphalen has been Head of the "European Contract Law" Committee since 2006 and Head of the German delegation to the CCBE, the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe, since 2010.

Apart from European contract law, our services in European law focus on European competition law, particularly in connection with distribution agreements, EU state aid, merger control, representing clients in proceedings for fines imposed under competition law, anti-dumping, legal lobbying, European product safety law, the law of the WTO, proceedings before the European Commission and proceedings before the European Court of Justice.
