iurratio employer ranking IUR50 2026: FGvW among the TOP 50 best employers for career starters and legal trainees among medium-sized law firms, as well as among the TOP 10 employers for legal trainees in the southern region

We are very pleased with the results of this year's iurratio employer ranking: FGvW is among the TOP 50 best medium-sized law firms for career starters and legal trainees nationwide in the Career50 ranking as well as among the TOP 10 employers in the REF50 ranking for legal trainees in the southern region. In addition, we are among the TOP 50 best employers for legal traineeships in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin, and Cologne.

Between March and July 2025, iurratio once again conducted what is probably the largest talent survey of fully qualified lawyers, legal trainees, graduates, and students regarding their preferences and wishes for employers and law firms during their legal traineeship. Approximately 2000 participants responded and provided information about their preferences and wishes regarding employers for starting their careers or changing employers, as well as the most popular employers in their preferred locations for their legal internship.

Once again, the young lawyers' votes had a significant influence on the weighting of the criteria within the respective areas and the relationship between them. In this year's employer survey, several hundred law firms from all over Germany were invited to provide transparency regarding the offers and conditions of their legal internships.
