iurratio employer ranking IUR50 2025: FGvW among the TOP 50 employers for career starters nationwide and among medium-sized law firms as well as among the TOP 10 employers for legal traineeships in the southern region

We are very pleased with the result of this year's iurratio employer ranking: FGvW ranks 7th among the TOP 10 employers in the REF50 ranking for legal traineeships in the southern region. In addition, we are among the TOP 50 employers for career entry nationwide in the Career50 ranking as well as in the ranking for career entry at medium-sized law firms nationwide.

In the period from March to July 2024, iurratio once again conducted what is probably the largest talent survey of fully qualified lawyers, trainee lawyers, graduates and students regarding their preferences and wishes for employers and during their legal clerkship. Around 2,000 participants responded and provided information on their preferences and wishes for employers when starting their careers or changing employers, or on the most popular employers in their preferred locations for their legal clerkship.

Once again, the young lawyers have significantly influenced the weighting of the criteria within the respective areas, as well as the relationship between them, through their votes. In the employer survey, several hundred law firms from across Germany were invited to provide transparency regarding the offers and conditions for the legal clerkship.
