FGvW continues to expand Intellectual Property practice in Cologne with Dr Gabi Müllejans

With Dr Gabi Müllejans, LL.M. oec., we have gained an experienced expert in the field of intellectual property as a local partner. She will join Dr. David Kipping's team in Cologne as a local partner in December.

The certified specialist specialist in intellectual property law provides comprehensive advice on trademark, design and competition law. She specializes in particular in the strategic development and defense of trademark rights such as trademarks, company designations and titles. She also offers sound advice on competition law, including questions of product design and how to proceed against imitations, as well as the examination of advertising and marketing measures under competition law and how to defend against anti-competitive behavior by other market participants. She also has extensive experience in taking action against trademark and competition law infringements in the digital space. Furthermore, Dr Müllejans has extensive litigation experience before the ordinary courts and trademark offices.

As part of the now six-strong team led by Dr David Kipping at the Cologne office, Dr Müllejans expands the number of lawyers specializing in intellectual property at FGvW to 17 across the firm.

Before joining FGvW, Dr Gabi Müllejans had worked for the Cologne law firm of JONAS, which specializes in trademark, design and competition law, for nine years. She began her career in 2013, also in Cologne, in the IP practice of GÖRG.
