FGvW advised the shareholder of AirSphere GmbH on the sale of all shares to the dormakaba Group.
AirSphere GmbH specializes in airport software. This primarily includes the “PaxControl” and “GateControl” software systems, which automate passenger check-in and handling, particularly at airports.
dormakaba is a global provider of access and security solutions.
The shareholder of AirSphere GmbH was advised by Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner under the leadership of Dr Meike Kapp-Schwoerer.
