FGvW strengthens Real Estate practice with new Partner Dr Pierre-André Brandt at new Düsseldorf office

We are further expanding our real estate law practice group and strengthening our team with the addition of attorney Dr Pierre-André Brandt as a partner in September. The experienced real estate lawyer is joining FGvW's newly opened Düsseldorf office from McDermott Will & Schulte (formerly McDermott Will & Emery).

Dr Pierre-André Brandt began his legal career in 2015 at McDermott Will & Schulte in the real estate law practice group, where he was appointed partner in 2021.

Dr Brandt advises companies on all aspects of real estate law. He has particular expertise in advising on real estate transactions, both in the form of asset and share deals, including individual and portfolio transactions. In addition, he has extensive experience in supporting project developments and in commercial tenancy law. He also has in-depth knowledge of leasehold structuring and real estate asset management.

At FGvW, he will once again be working with Dr Jessica Hanke, Gregor Lamla, and Sebastian von Lossow, with whom he successfully handled numerous transactions and mandates over many years at McDermott Will & Schulte.
