FGvW further expands administrative law and food law practice / Christiane Fuchs joins as partner in Frankfurt
With Christiane Fuchs, we are gaining another expert for the expansion of our established product liability and food law practice as of April 1, 2023. After Hildegard Schöllmann, who specializes in food law, had strengthened our Cologne team around Carsten Laschet and Tobias Lenz in 2021, another experienced specialist now joins us in Frankfurt and completes the group's advisory approach with her focus on administrative law.
Christiane Fuchs has been advising and representing companies in the food industry, in particular in the meat industry, on issues of administrative law and European community law since 1999. Since 2002 she has been working in her own boutique Dr. Fuchs & Renger in Weinheim. Her focus is on food law issues, in particular on the examination of statutes and fee schedules for hygienic investigations in the food sector. Christiane Fuchs conducts nationwide administrative court proceedings in all instances. In the field of agriculture and primary production, she has on several occasions played a decisive role in shaping the case law of the highest courts in her area of expertise on behalf of her clients.
Christiane Fuchs advises numerous national and international market leaders and other "top ten" companies in primary meat production. Due to her industry-wide networking with associations and experts, she is also involved in ongoing change processes and legislative procedures.
