In each issue of our newsletter, we introduce people from our firm personally. This time, it is the turn of corporate lawyer Ron Fahlteich from our Freiburg office.  

Ron Fahlteich, born in 1990, is part of the Freiburg commercial and corporate law team since September 2020.

Born in Rosenheim in Bavaria, he grew up in Hildesheim in Lower Saxony. After graduating from high school, he moved to Freiburg to study law. His career ambition of working as a lawyer in a consulting-oriented law firm was already fixed when he was still at school.

That he stayed in the beautiful Freiburg after completing his studies and legal clerkship in Waldshut-Tiengen with positions at a Magic-Circle law firm in Frankfurt/ Main and at the DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH, was also, but not only, due to private reasons. Because working as an entrepreneurial lawyer, especially in cooperation with people from the famous German Mittelstand, is exactly the kind of legal work he wants to practise.

Besides being a lawyer, Ron Fahlteich is a passionate competitive sportsman. As a goalkeeper, he played in the youth and senior's soccer teams of BTSV Eintracht Braunschweig, as well as in various selection teams.

Ron Fahlteich likes to spend his free time with his wife and friends. Despite having less time for his soccer passion, Ron Fahlteich particularly enjoys sports and has recently started trail running as a new target, for which the Freiburg area with its mountains is predestined. Furthermore, Ron Fahlteich enjoys to travel, either to explore the world, for outdoor activities (especially hiking and skiing) or just to relax on the beach. To get his mind busy with something else, Ron Fahlteich also enjoys reading a book.
