FGvW Strengthens Real Estate Practice in Cologne with Gregor Lamla as Partner

As of May 1, 2022, real estate lawyer Gregor Lamla (39) will join our real estate practice group, which has a strong presence throughout Germany, as a partner. Gregor Lamla will work closely with partners Uwe Steingröver and Markus Beaumart in Cologne, Tom Erdt and Christoph Börskens in Frankfurt, and Jörg Michael Siecke in Berlin.

Last year, Lamla joined as a partner the Cologne boutique Lighthouse Legal, where he was responsible for real estate transactions, project development, financing and commercial landlord and tenant law.

FGvW offers me the opportunity to drive the development of the steadily growing real estate practice together with my colleagues and to further expand the holistic range of advice in the area of real estate transactions and real estate financing," Gregor Lamla explains.

Prior to joining Lighthouse Legal, Gregor Lamla was working for McDermott in Düsseldorf for almost 10 years, since 2016 as a salary partner, and subsequently at Horn Grundbesitz as head of the legal department. He has extensive knowledge of the real estate market and, in addition to transactional business, has also advised increasingly on project developments. He is a particularly sought-after advisor in the area of structuring tenancy law mandates and all related tasks and issues.
