F.A.Z.-Institut: FGvW is one of the best employers for legal professionals

F.A.Z.-Institut and Statista have conducted a survey to find out which are the best employers for legal professionals. The basis is the evaluation of a large-scale study, for which lawyers in Germany as well as employees in a legal function from various fields were asked about aspects of their employer and employee satisfaction such as:

• Image and growth (of the employer)
• Interaction and supervisor behavior
• Pay and benefits
• Workload and balance
• Advancement and prospects
• Conditions and equipment
• Aspects specifically relevant to the legal field (e.g. relationship between partners and employees, interesting legal topics)

The over 2,000 respondents were also able to indicate the extent to which they would recommend their own employer or other law firms or companies known to them as employers.

A total of 25 law firms and 60 companies that scored particularly well in the evaluation as employers by legal professionals were honored.
