IP & Data Protection in the USA and Germany

Digitization of data as well as technological advances continue to present new opportunities for brands to engage with their customers. This also helps businesses connect and grow on a global scale faster than ever before. With these opportunities come new challenges, such as IP infringement, IT threats, and data regulation compliance. Regulations do vary, so understanding these challenges and their legal implications is imperative for today’s business world.
