FGvW Appoints two New Local Partners in Information Technology and Labor Law

With effect from January 1, 2022, we have appointed our experienced lawyers Birgit Münchbach (M&A/Corporate, Information Technology) and Annette Rölz (Labor Law) as Local Partners.

Birgit Münchbach (Freiburg), who joined FGvW as a lawyer in 2018, specializes in advising IT and technology companies, including on IT project agreements, licensing and development agreements and cloud solutions. In commercial and corporate law, she is particularly active in the context of international research and development co-operations as well as technology projects.

Annette Rölz (Frankfurt) joined FGvW in 2020 from an employment law boutique. She has been advising on the employers’ side for over 15 years and also brings in-depth expertise in representing managing directors, board members and executives. Annette Rölz strengthens the Frankfurt office's restructuring practice in numerous projects and frequently advises in the context of cross-border transactions.
