FGvW advises Keller on the sale of its Brazilian operations

Keller Group plc („Keller“), the world's largest geotechnical specialist, has sold its Brazil subsidiary, Keller Tecnogeo, in April 2020 to executives and engineers of Keller Tecnogeo, in the context of a management buyout. Keller had been present in Brazil since 2007 and had expanded in the local market by means of the acquisition of Tecnogeo in 2016 by Keller’s local Brazilian subsidiary, which was subsequently merged into Tecnogeo.

Keller provides a wide portfolio of advanced foundation and ground improvement techniques used across the entire construction sector. With around 10,000 staff and operations across six continents, Keller tackles an unrivalled 7,000 projects every year, generating annual revenue of £2.3 billion. Keller was founded in 1860 in Renchen (Germany/ Baden Württemberg) and has constantly expanded ever since. Keller has been listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1994.
