Excellent: FGvW Among the Top 50 German Commercial Law Firms

Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner (FGvW) maintains its strong position as one of the leading commercial law firms in Germany. In the 22nd edition of the JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms ("JUVE Handbuch Wirtschaftskanzleien"), the editors of the industry magazine JUVE have once again included us in the Top 50 group.

Emphasis was placed, as in previous years, on M&A, insurance law with a focus on product liability and manager liability, trademark and competition law, distribution law, labour law and health care advice.

As in the previous year, our broad-based M&A business, with which the firm plays "well above the Mittelstand league", received a very positive, detailed mention.
