Continuity and development at FGvW: Barbara Mayer and Carsten Laschet remain Managing Partners – appointment of Jan Henning Martens as Partner and Sven Ufe Tjarks as Counsel

Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner strengthens the Corporate / M&A department. As of 1st January 2017, the assembly of partners nominated Jan Henning Martens as Partner, while Sven Ufe Tjarks was given the status of a Counsel by the same date.

Starting off as a trainee in the Freiburg office, Jan Henning Martens began working as a lawyer at FGvW in 2010. Sven Ufe Tjarks came to FGvW in 2011 after having worked at Bender Harrer Krevet.

Furthermore, the assembly of partners confirmed Carsten Laschet and Barbara Mayer, who are acting Managing Partners since 2010, for another two years in their office.
