Theresa Triquart has been working as a lawyer in our Freiburg office since 2021. She advises clients from all industries on trademark, design, and competition law, particularly in the area of EU trademarks and international registration strategies. She has extensive experience in proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), in litigation before German civil courts and the courts of the European Union (CFI and ECJ), and in drafting trademark agreements.
