Dr Stefan Daub has been working as a lawyer in our Freiburg office since 1995 and has been a partner since 1998. He provides comprehensive advice to companies on labor and service law, including senior executives, managing directors, and board members, and also represents their interests before courts and authorities. One of his main areas of focus is collective labor law: he negotiates with works councils on works agreements, reconciliation of interests, and social plans, and also supports companies through complex processes such as mass layoffs.
