Dr Sabine Schröter has been working as a lawyer and partner in our Frankfurt am Main office since 2016. She has been a managing partner of the firm since 2022. She advises companies on all aspects of employment law, in particular works constitution and collective bargaining law, operational changes, restructuring, and outsourcing. Other areas of focus include transaction-related labor law advice, the service law governing executive boards and managing directors, and representation in all proceedings before German labor courts. She specializes in labor law in the hospital sector and in working with companies in the mobility and defense sectors.
