Robert H.D. Reimer has been practicing law at our Cologne office since 2019. His practice and publications focus on circular economy law, product law, and materials law, particularly in the context of corporate compliance, regulatory practice, and legal advisory services on legislation. His advisory work primarily covers packaging law, market surveillance law, and chemicals law, as well as issues related to extended producer responsibility (EPR) across all legal and policy areas. In addition to his expertise in public commercial and environmental law, he also advises on funding and EU state aid law, particularly in the areas of public grants and budgetary matters. Furthermore, he focuses on issues of state immunity and international jurisdiction in international commercial law and represents clients in constitutional and European law proceedings, as well as in administrative offense and criminal proceedings.
