Moritz von Kulessa has been working as a lawyer in our Cologne office since 2020 and has been a local partner since 2025. He advises clients primarily in arbitration and court proceedings as well as in national and international construction and plant engineering, and acts as an arbitrator. Other areas of focus in his work include supporting infrastructure projects, advising on issues relating to works, purchase, and supply contracts, and drafting and reviewing international contracts.
