Dr Matthias Jünemann has been working as a lawyer in our Freiburg office since 2010 and has been a partner since 2013. He advises clients primarily on inheritance law and corporate succession, in particular on compulsory inheritance rights, inheritance certificate proceedings, including questions of testamentary capacity, and the drafting of wills, inheritance agreements, and transfer agreements. Other areas of focus in his practice include the distribution of estates, the execution of wills, and the administration of estate insolvency. In addition, he has expertise in family law, particularly in the drafting of marriage contracts.
