Dr Jörn Zons has been a lawyer and partner in our Cologne office since 2015. He advises clients on German and international construction and plant engineering projects, including onshore and offshore infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating international project contracts (EPC, EPCI, EPCM, engineering, supply, T&I, FIDIC, NEC, etc.). He also advises clients on project and claims management vis-à-vis contractual partners, insurers (CAR, EAR, TPI, etc.) and other project participants. Furthermore, he regularly represents clients in German and international dispute resolution proceedings (arbitration proceedings, DAB/adjudication proceedings, court proceedings).
