Justus Fabian Lenz

Justus Fabian Lenz has been practicing law at our Cologne office since 2023. He primarily advises clients on product liability and product safety law, as well as general liability and insurance law. His practice focuses in particular on issues related to liability insurance – including D&O and product liability insurance – as well as fire, water damage, and storm insurance, and cyber insurance. In addition, he advises on contract law and contract drafting, particularly regarding contractual structures relevant to liability and insurance law. Another focus is corporate law (particularly GmbH law and partnership law) as well as liability of managing directors and board members, including related compliance and director and officer liability issues.

He regularly publishes on topics related to insurance and liability law, particularly in the areas of product liability and product safety, as well as on current developments in the field of cyber risks.
