Carsten Laschet has been working as a lawyer in our Cologne office since 2001 and has been a partner since 2006. He has been managing partner since 2010 and spokesman for the management since 2022, responsible for partner matters and finance. In his legal practice, he advises clients primarily on national and international product liability, litigation and arbitration, as well as on matters of directors’, board members’ and supervisory board members’ liability, including D&O insurance. His further areas of expertise include insurance and contract law, as well as corporate law. Within this latter field, he focuses particularly on international commercial law, general conditions and contract drafting, as well als compliance.
