Annette Rölz has been working as a lawyer and is now a partner in our Frankfurt office since 2020. She advises companies on all areas of individual and collective labor law, including restructuring, operational changes, conciliation proceedings, and collective bargaining agreements. A particular focus is on providing support in negotiations on the reconciliation of interests and social plans in the course of restructuring. In addition, she advises executives and board members comprehensively on all issues relating to labor law and civil service law, in particular in separation processes, and represents them in labor and civil court proceedings up to the highest instances.
