Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner advises Conductix Wampfler GmbH in relation to an Investment by Dutch Proov B.V. in IPT Technology GmbH

Dutch Proov B.V. has invested in Conductix Wampfler GmbH's subsidiary IPT Technology GmbH by purchasing shares in same from Conductix Wampfler GmbH. IPT Technology GmbH, which is headquartered in Efringen-Kirchen, Germany, was incorporated earlier this year as a spin-off from Conductix Wampfler GmbH, and specializes in wireless charging solutions for electric vehicles in public spaces. The corresponding agreements between the parties were signed on 7 April 2014, with the parties agreeing not to disclose details on the new ownership structure. Conductix Wampfler GmbH was advised on the transaction by Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner.
